Aaron Dinner to join
JFI Faculty

The JFI is pleased to announce that Aaron Dinner, now of
University of California at Berkeley, will join us an an assistant
professor later this summer.
Aaron Dinner received his A. B. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard
University, his Ph.D. research being the study of Monte Carlo
simulations of protein folding. He was a postdoc on a Burroughs
Wellcome Fellowship with Graham Richards at Oxford and with David
Chandler at Berkeley where he developed theoretical models to
elucidate biological phenomena such as DNA repair and the
functionality of the immunological synapse. His interests are in
understanding molecular mechanisms of cellular dynamics. |
