Here is my M.S. thesis. The full text including all figures and tables is available in Chinese (GB-coded). However, only the abstract and the table of contents are available in English as of today.
The CVD diamond film project, to which I made the major contribution, was awarded the First Prize of Natural Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1997. (see Data and Statistics)
